Lucio Fulci's Zombie (1979) Review
Zombie (1979) synopsis: “Strangers searching for a young woman's missing father arrive at a tropical island where a doctor desperately seeks the cause and cure of a recent epidemic of the undead.”
Starring: Tisa Farrow, Ian McCulloch, Richard Johnson, and Al Cliver
Director: Lucio Fulci
This week on Podcasting After Dark, Zak and Corey breakdown and review Lucio Fulci's Zombie! This marks the first Italian horror film the boys are covering on the show, but it certainly won’t be the last. Zak and Corey both grew up worshipping at the alter of Fulci, Argento, and Bava! The funny thing is, Zombie isn’t even their favorite Fulci film, that distinction goes to The Beyond, but Corey figured this would be an easy entry for new listeners to become acquainted with the genre.
